Yes! Searching for businesses, reading reviews, and viewing promotions is completely free for all users. You don't need an account to browse the directory.

Click the 'Sign Up' button in the top right corner of any page. You can register with your email address or sign up using Google. Account creation takes less than a minute.

OneChautari currently covers all major metropolitan areas across the United States, including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, San Francisco, Seattle, and many more. We're constantly expanding to new cities.

Create a free account, then click 'Claim Business' from your dashboard. Search for your business - if it exists, you can claim it. If not, you can add a new listing. All new listings go through a quick verification process.

Basic listings are completely free and include your business profile, contact information, customer reviews, up to 3 photos, 1 promotion per month, and 1 job listing. For more features and visibility, check out our Pro ($19/month) and Featured ($39/month) plans.

The Free plan includes: business profile listing, contact information (phone & website), customer reviews, up to 3 photos, 1 promotion per month, 1 job listing, and basic listing visibility.

Pro plan ($19/month) includes everything in Free, plus: higher search ranking, up to 10 photos, up to 5 promotions per month, up to 3 job listings per month, basic analytics (views & clicks), and priority placement in category pages.

Featured plan ($39/month) is our premium tier with maximum visibility. It includes everything in Pro, plus: Featured badge on your listing, top of search results, homepage spotlight placement, up to 15 photos, up to 20 promotions per month, up to 20 job listings per month, and advanced analytics.

Search for your business on OneChautari, then click 'Claim This Business' on the business profile page. You'll need to verify ownership through phone verification, email verification, or document upload. Most claims are processed within 24-48 hours.

Yes! Once your business is verified, you have full control over your listing. You can update business hours, contact information, photos, description, and more from your dashboard anytime.

From your business dashboard, go to 'Promotions' and click 'Create Promotion'. Add your offer details, discount amount, and validity dates. Your promotion will be live immediately after submission.

Promotions can run for any duration you choose. Most businesses set promotions for 1-4 weeks. You can end a promotion early or extend it from your dashboard.

From your dashboard, go to 'Jobs' and click 'Post Job'. Fill in the job title, description, requirements, salary range, and contact information. Jobs are published immediately and stay active for 30 days by default.

Yes! Our AI assistant can help you create compelling descriptions. When creating a promotion or job, click the 'Generate with AI' button to get a professionally written draft that you can customize.

Free plan: 1 promotion and 1 job listing per month. Pro plan: Up to 5 promotions and 3 job listings per month. Featured plan: Up to 20 promotions and 20 job listings per month.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Absolutely! There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, changes take effect immediately. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription if you're not satisfied. For renewals, we don't offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

Yes! Both Pro and Featured plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start your trial.

Any registered user can leave a review for a business they've visited. Reviews include a star rating (1-5) and written feedback. Business owners can respond to reviews from their dashboard.

Yes! We encourage business owners to engage with their customers. You can respond to any review from your dashboard. Professional responses to both positive and negative reviews help build trust.

We use a combination of automated detection and manual moderation to identify and remove fake reviews. Users must have a verified account to leave reviews. If you suspect a fake review, you can report it for investigation.

Business owners cannot remove legitimate reviews. However, you can report reviews that violate our community guidelines (spam, hate speech, false information). We also encourage responding professionally to negative feedback.

Click 'Sign In', then 'Forgot Password'. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password. The link expires after 24 hours.

You can delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note this action is permanent and will remove all your data, including business listings if you're a business owner.
