2Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- One person or business may not maintain multiple accounts
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms
3Business Listings
- Business owners must verify ownership before claiming a listing
- All business information must be accurate and up to date
- Misleading or false information may result in listing removal
- OneChautari reserves the right to edit or remove listings at our discretion
- Business listings remain active as long as the account is in good standing
4User Conduct
- Users must not post false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Harassment, abuse, or threats toward other users is prohibited
- Spam, unauthorized advertising, or promotional content is not allowed
- Users must not attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings
- Violating these conduct rules may result in account termination
5Reviews and Content
- Reviews must be based on genuine experiences with the business
- Users retain ownership of their content but grant OneChautari a license to display it
- We may remove reviews that violate our guidelines or are reported as inappropriate
- Business owners may respond to reviews but must do so professionally
- Fake or incentivized reviews are strictly prohibited
6Promotions and Job Postings
- Promotions must accurately represent the offer and any restrictions
- Job postings must comply with all applicable employment laws
- Discriminatory job postings are prohibited
- OneChautari is not responsible for the fulfillment of promotions or job offers
- We reserve the right to remove inappropriate promotions or job postings
7Payment and Subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
- Failure to pay may result in downgrade or suspension of services
- All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated
8Intellectual Property
- OneChautari and its logo are trademarks of OneChautari Inc.
- Users may not use our branding without written permission
- Content on the platform is protected by copyright law
- Users may not scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content
9Limitation of Liability
- OneChautari is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for transactions between users and businesses
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of business information or reviews
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services
- We are not responsible for third-party websites or services
10Dispute Resolution
- Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
- Class action lawsuits are waived by using our services
- Small claims court remains an option for qualifying disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of New York State
11Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time through settings
- We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms
- Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy
- Some provisions of these terms survive termination
